Beginning Class
Discover the power of your healing hands and intuition. This 2-day LIVE online training with Teresa includes a combination of the Western-style and the Usui Japanese style. You will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others.

This class teaches various techniques for self-improvement, including methods for physical and emotional healing, personal development, and the ability to perform Reiki sessions on oneself and others. Reiki is a form of energy healing that involves the transfer of healing energy through the hands to promote balance and well-being in the body, mind, and spirit.
Anyone can learn Reiki! There are no prerequisites for this class level.
As part of this class you will:
- learn to channel and move energy
- help clear blockages and promote healing
- learn techniques to further access your intuition
- learn how to release and overcome past traumas
- learn how to draw, activate and utilize the Reiki 2 symbols
- learn how to scan, sense & tune into the energy field of others
- rekindle & renew your confidence in yourself and in the universe
- become familiar with the customary and intuitive hand placements
- experience thoughtfully combined lectures with hands-on practice sessions
- undergo profound attunements for your personal journey through levels 1 & 2
- learn the Japanese Reiki techniques, providing you with various approaches to applying Reiki
Upon successful completion of the class, you'll be provided with:
- a student certificate
- ongoing support from Teresa as a Reiki resource
- Generic Continuing Education (CE) form available for professionals at no additional charge (Students are solely responsible to see if their governing board will accept and grant Continuing Education hours.)
