Energy Kinesiology Level 1

Energy Kinesiology (Touch for Health) Level 1 is a class that's perfect for anyone who wants to improve their health and well-being, including those who are in the healthcare field. Based on the book "Touch for Health" by Dr. John Thie, this class teaches you the art of muscle testing and basic procedures for balancing your body's muscles and acupuncture meridians.

During the class, you'll learn how to:

• Give yourself a boost of energy and clarity

• Assess nutritional support for your muscles

We'll cover the basics of how to test and correct 14 different muscles/meridians, including spinal reflexes, neurolymphatic reflexes, neurovascular points, and meridians. Plus, you'll learn some easy self-help techniques that can help you deal with stress and improve your mind-to-body flow. You'll also learn a technique called surrogate testing, which can be used to test people who are physically or mentally unable to be tested.

This first-level class is a great introduction to the basics of the body's meridian (electrical-magnetic) system and how to use muscle testing to detect imbalances in the meridians. Once you've identified these imbalances, you'll learn different techniques to restore balance to the meridians and your body. Energy Kinesiology Level 2 is the next step in your journey to improve your health and well-being. This class builds on the skills and techniques you learned in Level 1, and you'll learn new ways to help with back pain, strengthen your core muscles, and assess your legs and neck.

You'll learn new techniques like Circuit Locating, which helps you figure out the best way to balance your body's energy. You'll also learn about Alarm Points, the "Meridian Wheel" and "Time of Day" Balance, and the Five Elements theory. Plus, you'll learn 3 self-balancing techniques, extra pain control skills, and shortcuts to make everything more efficient.

We'll teach you how to balance the body's meridians using a "One-Point" correction, which is a quick and easy way to get results. And you'll learn how to test another 14 muscles, one from each meridian. You'll learn how to balance meridians that are under-energized or over-energized, and you'll learn how to test different foods to see how they affect your body's energy. This class is packed with helpful tips and techniques that will help you feel better and achieve your goals.

You'll learn 14 new muscle tests, which will bring your total to 42. And you'll become an expert at pain tapping, gait testing, and acupressure holding points. We'll also address chronic muscle problems using the Reactive Muscle correction.

Energy Kinesiology Level 4

In this Energy Kinesiology course, you'll take your skills to the next level! We'll review all 42 muscle tests, both standing, seated, and lying down, so you can feel confident in your abilities.

You'll learn the Tibetan Figure 8 Energy technique, a powerful way to balance your energy and release stress. You'll also learn the Postural Stress Release method, a technique that can help you effectively release traumatic muscle memory.

Throughout the course, you'll learn how to prioritize and utilize all the skills you've learned in a practical and easy-to-use format. You'll learn techniques to relieve emotional, nutritional, and physical stress held within the posture. We'll cover the basic understanding and use of acupressure holding points, and you'll learn how to use sound to balance your system.

We'll also explore techniques for recovery from jet lag. This class will give you the tools you need to take your healing journey to the next level. It's an exciting and transformative class that will leave you feeling empowered and in control of your own health and well-being.
